We recruit for Professional Services roles across a host of industries, and currently have recruitment teams across HR, Accountancy & Finance, Marketing and Legal.

Every member of our team has specialist recruitment experience. We are all experts in our chosen niche and align our strategies to our client’s growth. We put relationships at the forefront of everything we do and design innovative recruitment processes that are specific to your hiring needs. It is this bespoke service that keeps our clients coming back to us time and time again.

Our recruitment solutions are tailored to your individual hiring needs, and we most often work with clients on an exclusive search basis. Our recruitment fee is typically split into 3 payments: 

  • Project inception
  • Successful candidate shortlist 
  • Start date 

When supporting our clients on a contingent basis, our recruitment fee is charged on the start date.  

Yes, we work in partnership with many employers and are on the PSLs of companies who view us as their extended Recruitment Partner.

Our standard pre-screening includes proof of ID and 12 months of references gathered for candidates placed on temporary assignments. Additional screening measures include proof of address, proof of academic and professional qualifications, plus basic and enhanced disclosure checks.

We primarily work from our office in Glasgow City Centre, servicing clients across Scotland. We’re always happy to have an in-person chat – we might be biased, but our coffee is first-class!
