Terms and Conditions

One person can refer multiple people and receive multiple vouchers if they are placed according to the terms below.
Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Iconic Resourcing has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time 12 months prior to the referral being made.
Referees must be placed within 12 months of referral.
Where more than one person introduces the candidate, we will operate a first come first served policy.
Permanent candidate placements will result in £200 of Amazon vouchers for the referee on the completion of 3 months of employment.
Temporary and Contract candidate placements will result in £100 of Amazon vouchers for the referee on the completion of 6 weeks of employment/ temping by the referred candidate.
The ‘Refer-a-Friend’ scheme does not apply to vacancies with all Iconic Resourcing’s clients. Please ensure you check whether your referral is valid before making your submission.
It is your responsibility to notify the candidate and have their consent to share their details before submission.
In the event of any disputed rewards, Iconic Resourcing’s decision will be final.
