In response to considerable demand, today we have launched a new marketing division, hiring industry expert Kerry McFarlane to have a specialist focus on all marketing appointments! The appointment of Kerry will bring a fresh approach to the growing marketing sector which has changed hugely in recent times and this new division has been created to capitalise on the rise in demand for talent in this sector. The division will recruit for all levels including senior appointments. Kerry has over 10 years experience in the recruitment sector with the last two years spent in the marketing sector.

The launch of the marketing division follows a successful year for Iconic Resourcing, now into our third year of offering comprehensive talent solutions across HR and Accountancy & Finance.

Founded in 2019 by Lauren Jow and Hannah Green who have spent over 3 decades combined in the recruitment industry, the team currently work flexibly between our head quarters at 1 West Regent Street in Glasgow and home with video technology continuing to play an integral part of our recruitment process. We are also currently underway with signing a larger office space from January 2022 to accommodate growth plans.
